Handcrafted reticulated Earrings, slightly concave with three silver granulations at its center and adorned with gold foil. 
Reticulation is a technique involving heating the silver multiple times to obtain different surface patterns that are never identical, expect some difference in the earrings texture compared to the ones in the picture.
