Oraculi Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Oraculi products. To ensure a transparent and smooth shopping experience, please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Time

  • After the payment is successfully processed, we will arrange for shipment within 1-3 working days (customized products will be shipped based on the time indicated on the product page).

  • Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to holidays, promotions, or force majeure events (such as international logistics controls). In such cases, we will notify you via [email protected] email.

  • Standard delivery time: Estimated between 15-30 working days (may vary due to remote locations, extreme weather, customs inspections, etc., excluding public holidays).


2. Delivery Method

  • Default international express shipping: DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc. (please choose based on the stability of logistics).

  • Full logistics tracking is supported for all shipments.


3. Packaging Instructions

  • All jewelry is securely packed in international standard shockproof and moisture-proof packaging (bubble wrap + reinforced paper box + anti-theft seal) to ensure the safety of the product during long-distance transportation.

  • Valuable goods (such as diamonds and gold) will also include sealed anti-tamper labels. Please verify that the packaging is intact and the labels are complete before signing for receipt.


4. Shipping Restrictions and Data Compliance

  • Geographic restrictions: We do not accept delivery addresses for postal boxes (P.O. Boxes) or military bases (APO/FPO).

  • Contact verification: As per Article 32 of the Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you must provide a valid email address and mobile phone number when placing an order for identity verification.


5. Insurance and Compensation

  • International transportation insurance is provided by default based on the actual value of the goods. If the goods are lost or damaged during shipping, we will assist with submitting claims.

  • For uninsured goods, compensation will be calculated according to international express terms (typically not exceeding 3 times the shipping cost). For high-value items, we recommend contacting customer service to arrange for additional insurance.


6. Logistics Tracking and Signing

  • After shipment, you can track the status of your package in real time by checking the waybill number on the official courier website.

  • Upon receiving your goods, please inspect the package thoroughly. If the outer packaging is damaged or the product appears to be abnormal, take a photo and refuse delivery.

  • Contact customer service within 24 hours to resolve any issues.


7. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any delays or losses caused by the following situations but will assist in communication:

  • Incorrect recipient information that prevents successful contact.

  • Product damage claims raised after signing for receipt without on-site inspection.


8. Receipt Verification

  • Packages valued over AUD 1,500 must be signed for by an adult (18 years or older), and ID verification is required.

  • A receipt with a photo will be archived for 7 years.
